Condition 3. My Lords accept the modification of

this condition as proposed by the Dock Company, viz: "that they will of course take every precaution they think
"proper to protect the docks".
Conditions 4, 6, & 8.
It is observed that the
Company agree to these.
Conditions 5 & 7. My Lords have been informed that
the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been acquainted
that the Secretary of State for War agrees to the
withdrawal of these conditions.
