do hereby declare that I agree to serve as Constable in His Majesty's Naval Establishments at Hongkong on three months' probation in accordance with the Rules, Regulations, and Instructions laid down for the Police Force of Royal Naval Establishment at Hongkong; that I hereby agree to be bound by them in all respects, as well as by such further instructions as may from time to time be issued by the Commodore Superintendent with respect to the Police Force.
I understand and agree to the Commodore Superintendent having the power of punishing me for Drunkenness, Sleeping on post, Neglect of Duty, Absence without leave, and all other cases of Breach of Discipline, to the extent laid down in the above instruction for the Police Force, and A.O. 7th September, 1895. D. 2139/991.
