Sir,

I have the honour to transmit for your information the accompanying three charts which I had directed to be prepared shewing Temperature, Relative Humidity and Hours of Sunshine, in juxtaposition with the daily number of cases of Plague, for the years 1894 to 1901, which it is hoped will be of use as showing the prevailing atmospheric conditions of this Colony in relation to the yearly recurrence of Bubonic Plague.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your most obedient

Humble servant,

Henry Blake

Governor, H.K.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE

JOSEPH CHAMBERLAIN, M.P.,
