I would beg to suggest that in the preparation of the presses for our new seals of Court, they should be such as is used with the No.2 Seal (the Summary Court Seal) which immediately after the impression is made, the seal by means of a spring detaches itself from the paper and leaves the document free, whereas when using seals Nos. 1 and 3 it requires two or three reverse turns of the balls attached to the screw to free the document.

HONOURABLE

THE COLONIAL SECRETARY.
