I have the honour to transmit for your consideration the enclosed copy of a letter from the Acting Director of Public Works and to recommend that Messrs. Webb and Bell, the Architects for the New Law Courts, be requested to select a suitable Overseer for the work, at the salary named, on an agreement for three years, in which the usual clause providing for the renewal or otherwise of the engagement should be inserted.
