With reference to your letter No. 2350 of the 13th ultimo, asking for information concerning the equipment and apparatus necessary for a bacteriological laboratory, I am directed to forward the enclosed copy of a letter by Dr. Hamilton Wright, Director of the Institute for Medical Research, Federated Malay States, together with a copy of the list of the necessary apparatus therein referred to.
