He said "I am drunk". I said "No. You're not drunk"

You are in a dazed condition under the influence of

liquor but not drunk".

He said that he wanted to see Mr. Doyle.

I did not see him again till next morning.

At 9.30 Peak was not in same condition as when he

I do not remember you turning the gas full on. By

Peak did not stop more than about 25 seconds and went

upstairs.

Timothy James Harrington states:

I am Warder at Gaol.

I have been Warder about 5 months.

I saw Peak on evening of 28th June between 11 and 11.45.

I was on the verandah of the Warders' quarters at the

time.
