2. Mr Chamberlain also approves of your paying Mr. Ormsly pension from Hong Kong funds at the rate of $888.33 a year, at 3/8 the dollar, after adjusting fragments already made to him on account of the alimenting allowance authorised by the letter from this Office of the 18th ultimis.
3. Mr Ormsly's Hong Kong pension should be paid him less a deduction of ten percent on account to the UAO Fund of that Colony.
