With reference to your letter of the 30th November last, I am directed by the Secretary of State to inform you that he approves of your saying that Mr. O'Musty is entitled to a pension from Ceylon funds at the rate of £400 a year, being Ceylon's contribution to the W. and O. Fund at 4 percent of his last salary in that Colony.
