In continuation of my Despatch No. 366 of the 13th instant, I have the honour to inform you that the appointment of Mr. Woodcock as Secretary of Sanitary Board has left vacant the post of 3rd Assistant Master, Senior Grade.
2. I have, therefore, the honour to recommend that Mr. Ralphs, 1st Assistant Master, Junior Grade be appointed to that post with effect from the 19th of last July, being the date of Mr. Woodcock's appointment as Secretary of the Sanitary Board.
