Sends copy letter report as to necessity for erection of Operating theatre. Approved estimates for cost of initial fittings be obtained.

Mr. Juen may reply that he will place a vote of $9,000 on the Estimates for 1902. That it will be considered with the Estimates, having regard to the financial prospect. And that if it is approved, the Hospital authorities will then take steps to carry out the requests made at the end of this despatch. And take the opportunity of asking when we shall get the Estimates.
