The bearer of this letter is Sergeant Huang Shih Obeng who has received instructions to ensure the extradition of Chan Ham alias Kin a Cheung, Chong Yan and Lam Kuat, the three men mentioned in your despatch of the 7th instant, as being ready for extradition.
Sergeant Huang has been instructed to present this letter to you, and to await your instructions.
