Nothing contained in this order shall authorize the Undertakers to take, use, or in any manner interfere with, any land or hereditaments or any rights of whatsoever description belonging to or under the management of the Secretary of State for War, without the consent in writing of the Secretary of State for War first had and obtained for that purpose (which consent such Secretary of State for War is hereby authorised to give) neither shall anything in this order contained extend to take any, prejudice, diminish, or alter any of the Estates, rights, privileges, powers, or authorities, vested in or enjoyed, or exerciseable by, the Secretary of State for War.
