In continuation of my note of 8th August, concerning the Tramways Ordinance, the War Office have sent the two clauses herewith enclosed which they desire to be incorporated in the Ordinance, and they further wish to know whether the Tramways Company will bear the expense of alteration of our telephone wires to metallic circuit.
