Chief Sanitary Inspector Bandy, late of the services of the Colony of Hongkong, the sum of $1920 p.a., payable at 3/ the dollar from the funds belonging to that Colony, taken under jurisdiction, a sum equal to two months' full pay, as a gratuity allowance.
