for appointment as Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of this Colony in the event of a vacancy occurring in that office.

I have acted as Puisne Judge during the following periods, viz:-

from 10th April, 1895 to 5th August, 1895,
from 8th April, 1896 to 28th April, 1897,
from 18th April, 1900 to 28th March, 1901,
and from 26th June, 1901 to date.
None of the disabilities mentioned in No.75 of the Rules and Regulations for His Majesty's Colonial Service attach to me.
