I have the honour to call your attention to despatch No. 316 of the 19th September last, and to say that I shall be glad if you will furnish me at an early date with a full report for which I asked in para. 3 of that despatch, in regard to the accident that occurred last August.
I shall be glad if you will furnish me with a full report on the accident, especially in regard to the manner in which the duties of inspection of the Public Works Department under the Building Ordinance, 1889, were carried out in this instance.
