I have the honour to transmit to you herewith the Reports of the Medical Officer of Health, the Sanitary Surveyor and the Colonial Veterinary Surgeon for the year 1900.
2. As I have already addressed you at length on the question of the Sanitation of this Colony in my recent Despatches Nos. 244 of the 5th, 254 of the 13th, and 262 of the 18th July, 1901, and in view of the anticipated visit of an expert on Sanitary questions, whose services I have asked for in my Despatch No. 244 of the 5th ultimo, I do not consider it necessary to discuss any of the points raised in these reports.
