With reference to your letter of the 2nd instant, No.830150,- I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to request you will inform the Secretary of State that they concur in the Remarks by the Colonial Defence Committee on the annual report on the Hong Kong Volunteer Corps for the Season 1900-1901.
