(1). To carry out this scheme the Sanitary Board makes the following recommendations in which the Executive Council concurs and which I have the honour to submit for your approval:
The title of the Inspector in charge of the City Slaughter House to be changed to that of Senior Inspector with an increase of salary namely $1,800 to $2,040 by $120 triennially instead of $1,200.
(2). One First Class Inspector of Nuisances ($1,200 to $1,368 by $56 yearly).
(3). One clerk $380 to $480 in six years.
(4). One assistant Shroff at $350.
(5). Two Tallymen at $144 to $204.
(6). Six coolies at $96.
(7). One Fireman at $96.
(8). An increase in the salary of the Shroff of the City Slaughter House from $492 to $600.

The Sanitary Board has also recommended that the following changes and increases should be provided for in the Estimates for 1902:
