With reference to your despatch No.142 of the 26th. of last April approving the appointment of three Senior Inspectors in lieu of three First Class Inspectors and one Second Class Inspector, and not as stated in your despatch under reference in lieu of three First Class Inspectors only, have the honour to report that the Sanitary Board has recommended and the Executive Council has approved the appointment of two additional Senior Inspectors of Nuisances in order to complete the scheme of five Senior Inspectors of Nuisances for the ten Health Districts of the City of Victoria before the outbreak of Plague next year.
