Will those concerned please read the correspondence here attached and be prepared to take action with regard to the establishment of postal arrangements similar to those of other nationalities in this place.
The correspondence and the action which led to it is of course taken up only as a test case and the present contention is simply accentuated with a view to the good of the British PUBLIC section of the community and those connected with it in the interior of this Province.
