From Sam To Chuck, Wing She Young and other places, that these rebels have fled to everywhere but these rebel chiefs are yet at large and are not yet captured for capital punishment.

I have repeatedly received instructions from Viceroy and Governor to increase efforts to have the whole of these rebel chiefs arrested with a view to extirpating this evil thing.

At present, I have been informed that these rebel chiefs have fled to Hong Kong and Macao, so steps should be taken at once to have them searched and arrested.

Wherefore, I, the commander, expressly despatch the reconnoitering officer, Linny Kway, a captain wearing the blue feather, to proceed with the informers to Hong Kong and Macao. If there is an opportunity to have them arrested, he must at once return to report to the Chief Officer of Canton and his Army for submission to the Viceroy and communication with the Governor.

Accordingly, I issue this warrant authorising you to take the informers from the Ting Kain Wrong Camp, to proceed along the roads in accordance with the warrant, to inquire and effect their arrest. You must devise steps to ascertain their whereabouts and effect their arrest. Let the officers of any place, barrier or post make secret enquiries in order to effect their arrest. Let this matter be not transpired.

I hope that no hindrance may be caused in order that this important case may be concluded successfully, that they may not escape.
