My Sun Shany is a natural-born or naturalised subject, it might be well for the Government to take into consideration whether it would not be advisable to banish him from this Colony.
There are various little indications, which would not be considered evidence in Court of Law, which would tend to make it tolerably clear that he is at the head of a band of people who conspired to murder Young Kim Wan.

On the 28th November I wrote to Ham, Registrar General that my Sun-Shang had brought a man called Ina Wong Loi and Wong-On and some others here, and that they were at the You on Boarding House. I said they were bad characters and had no business here during the day.
