I would suggest replying that scheme for beginning and gradually winding up medical and sanitary supervision in the new territory.
Also that it is desirable that appt., if to be made permanent, should be considered in connection with other proposed alterations in the medical & health department and that arrangements should be made clearly showing the work to be done when all the appts have been made.
