With great difficulty in judging her for Shinglemand is justified. The reorganisation of the sanitary department is under consideration, and several new appointments have been made.
An Assistant MOH has been appointed instead of a Chief Sanitary Inspector; and the scheme is to get a large supply of medical staff to the Kowloon.
The reasons given for this appointment are to receive replies, consider testimonials, make the necessary enquiries, and report to your Department as to the most suitable Candidates.
