I do not think that C.A. should be asked to select these persons, neither do I think it desirable to apply, as Mr Reid suggests, to sectarian establishment. It seems to me that advertisement would produce unsuitable candidates. I fear that advertisement would produce little result. On the whole I am inclined to vote for application to the Society Educational body commended in memo.
