to come to an arrangement with him on these terms.

Mr Denison brought up the question of

forming a bath in the main portion of the pier. It

was agreed that it would be very desirable to have a

bath capable of being filled with sea water and drained

at low water, the dimensions to be;-

Length 120 feet, width about 34 feet, and depth not

less than 6 fast at the deeper end.

The Chairman was requested to arrange if possible,

for the formation of this bath by the Admiralty in the

course of constructing the pier.

The subject of amalgamation of the various

Clubs was then brought up, but it was considered

advisable to defer consideration of it for the present

as considerable changes were impending in the

Victoria Recreation Club.

The Meeting then adjourned.
