to come to an arrangement with him on these terms.
Mr Denison brought up the question of
forming a bath in the main portion of the pier. It
was agreed that it would be very desirable to have a
bath capable of being filled with sea water and drained
at low water, the dimensions to be;-
Length 120 feet, width about 34 feet, and depth not
less than 6 fast at the deeper end.
The Chairman was requested to arrange if possible,
for the formation of this bath by the Admiralty in the
course of constructing the pier.
The subject of amalgamation of the various
Clubs was then brought up, but it was considered
advisable to defer consideration of it for the present
as considerable changes were impending in the
Victoria Recreation Club.
The Meeting then adjourned.

V.CHATHAM.
