I have examined the occompanying Ordinance, entilled
An Ordinance to repeal all Ordinances for
the Naturalization of Persons as British Sertjent within this Colony and to make provision for the Preservation of the Rights of such Persons
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
