We have met and inspected the premises, and

see the necessity for a much larger Money Order Office.

The best arrangement appears to be to divide up the new annexe by light wooden partition six feet high as shown on the annexed tracing. This will give ample space and good light for a new Money Order Office and will at the same time provide a decent and well lighted Office for the Postmaster- General and a good Office for the accountant's branch both much needed. The room now occupied in the old Post Office by these three Officers can then be utilized in that building for the sort- ing of mails.

As to Staff we are of opinion that a new clerk with a knowledge of Hindustani is necessary.
