is now the duly constituted and appointed Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the said Colony of Hong Kong, and its Dependencies, and is duly authorised to enter into
these presents in the name and on the behalf of His said Majesty; NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that in
consideration of the sum of
current money of the said Colony of Hong Kong, paid into the Treasury of the said Colony for the use of His said Majesty by the said
(the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged) and in consideration of the yearly rent, covenants and stipulations hereinafter reserved and
