Government Civil Hospital.

Hong-Kong, 20th. February, 1901.

I have the honour to report for your information

when Sergeant Keen got the admittance order for Hospital he

made no report to me about getting hurt on duty and I saw him

several times while he was in Hospital and he never asked me

to make a note that he got hurt on duty about the time he was

going home. I heard a rumour that he was supposed to have got

his knee hurt either on the Canton Wharf or going to a fire.

I have,&
