I deny the charge set forth in the
paragraph 4 of the said charge. It is untrue as stated in
the said charge that I tore down or defaced without law-
ful authority, a notice posted at Ping Chat Island by Brong
To Tong or any other Company or person or any other notice
whatever dated 19th.November,
