In reply to your despatch No 545. of
the 2nd November 1900, I have the honour to inform you
that there is no objection to the appointment of Mr 7. E.
Young as Actuary: under Clause. 23 of the. Widows and
Orphans': Pension Fund' Ordinance 1900 for the purpose of
*adjusting, and revising the tables contained in the
* Schedule, to that Ordinance, and I have therefore to
request that he may be appointed accordingly.
