According to the regulations, the forfeiture of medal is the necessary consequen - of dismissal. Consequently, when I was dismissed, although, as the Right Honourable Secretary of State for has decided unjustly. That dismiss. having been cancelled. I submit. although there is, and sourcely could be. · my squila. tion providing for the doing of what should be to m as a matter of course, that the medal ought to have been returned, as it was surrendered in the usual way without question.
