(b) Mr Alarakia to be placed on the same scale
as above, service for increment to reckon from the
date from which the revised salary is issued.
In the other cases above, past service under
the present scale to count towards increment under the
new scale.
(c) Mr Gidley to receive $115 a month instead
of $96, rising to $140 by yearly increments of $5,
service for increment to reckon from date from which
the salary is issued.
If promoted to a higher appointment the
salary to be subject to revision if necessary.
With regard to Mr Abbass, Interpreter, and
assistant clerk in (B) office, recent circumstances
have shown the imperative need of having a more
competent assistant in this office, and as soon as
it has been decided how best to provide for the
requirements of the service your sanction will be
applied for.
