The Director of Military Intelligence presents his com-
pliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies and,
with reference to his letter of January 26th adverting to the question of the publication of a map of Hong Kong and the neighbouring country, now wishes to inform Sir Edward Wingfield that Captain Hills, the head of the topographical section of this office, has been instructed to place himself in communi- cation with the Colonial Office and to arrange that the necessary alterations and additions are made to the map in question before it is placed on sale to the public.
