delivered to you set up, oiled and ready for use.
Though the contractors for the two sets are
rivals, they have agreed with me to cooperate in the
putting together and delivery to you of the carts,
and Kr. Ito, the charterer of the steamer, is bound
to complete the delivery of the whole consignment by
the 24th instant, under a penalty not exceeding 300
yen a day for every day's delay beyond that date
due to his own fault but not if the delay is caused
by bad weather or other unavoidable accident. He
