The steamer "Arragonia" of the Hamburg-
America line, which is to leave Hamburg for the Far
East shortly, will take to Hongkong for the firm of
Meyer and Company of that place four cases marked :

containing ten Mauser self-loading pistols, cal.7% nm
with appurtenances and six thousand cartridges.
As no suspicion attaches to the consignment,
the Imperial Government have given permission for its
exportation on condition that the articles shall be
addressed to the Imperial Consulate at Hongkong, in
order that the Consulate may decide whether they are
to be handed over to Meyer and Company.
