Before this map is placed on sale
in this country, there are two points in
connexion with the marking of the boundary
which will require to be verified in the
Colony.

The map which was forward ed in
your despatch No.9 of the 9th January last
marks the boundary near Sher Chun as running
south of the river, and as excluding the
Lo M.
village of 20 This appears inconsistent
with the agreement as to the definition of
the boundary arrived at by the Commis-
sioners on the 19th March,
1899, a
and shown
on the tracing enclosed in your despatch No
73 of the 24th of that month; and I should
be glad if you would forward at an early
date a corrected copy of the map in question
showing the exact land boundary line.
