Sir,
I have the honour to enclose, in original for
return, a letter and enclosures which we have received from
the India Office claiming the sum of £64. 4. 7 in respect
of the pension contributions due to Indian Revenues on
account of certain surveyors lent to the Hong Kong Govern-
ment, and I have to request the Secretary of State's in-
structions in the matter.
