tion of forming a new cable reserve is at present under the

consideration of the Government, and it will probably he

found necessary to enter into new Agreements defining the

rights of the Government and the concessionaires. These ne- gotiations, however, are as yet in a preliminary stage, and Ì

Agreements will be drafted.
