It having been brought to my notice
that the 2nd. enclosure to my despatch No.476 of 26th.October
was incorrectly translated, I have the honour to enclose an
nclosure.
'
amended translation of the placard in question, from which it
would appear that the rebel movement which has recently tak-
en place to the North of this Colony is anti-Manchu in its
sympathies.
