Touching the great advantage gained by
the French and German Post Offices over the British Post Of-
fice in the sale to the public of a larger number of Stamps
for each dollar, I propose if approved of, to forward an Extract
on this subject from the Auditor's report to London,for such
action to be taken by the Imperial Postmaster General as he
may consider called for. I will of course refer to the form er
correspondence
germane
to the present circumstances.
