15. Iand Court New Territory.

The staff already authorised has been considerably

added to, principally to provide for a Staff of Demarma-

tors to demarcate the holdings on the ground. These of-

ficers and their staff of coolies and the temporary cleri-

cal assistance required for them will probably not be re-

quired after the coming year.
