Report on Ordinance 29 of 1900.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to apply Own not wad ing Three Million Three hundred and eighty thonwand One hundred and Thirty four Dollars
and Twenty nine Cents to the Public Service of The Year 1901,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the
Governor's Instructions.
