The Singapore average of documents a day
is given as 900.
The average here is about 1680 encluding
cheques, so we might take it for granted that the work is
about double.
I am therefore doubtful whether one shroff
more would be enough for stamping purposes, and then the ques-
tion of room comes in.
However I think the matter might now
be referred to the Secretary of State for his consideration.
