I have the honour to report in
reply to Colonial Secretary's letter,No.1242, dated 12th. July, 1900, that the Albany Nullah is to be diverted as shown on the plan herewith.
It seems to have been over-
looked that the Admiralty are to pay the cost of a new pier to take the place of the present Murray pier.
The outlet to the diverted Nullah
18 400 feet disgant from Murray pier and will discharge in deep water dredged to a depth of 30 feet below low
water springs by the Admiralty and this depth will have
to be maintained.
