6. The Dock Company to erect,

construct, relay or remove all guardhouses, cable huts,

beacons, roads, piers, dolphins, cables, Telephone Shelters, Telephone Poles, Depression Range Finding Pillars, Round-

ary Stones and all other War Department or Naval Works

which are interfered with by their Extension Works, and

provide and maintain all lights, signals etc., which may

be required in the new positions.

7. They will also re-inburse

to the War Department, any sums actually paid out, or ex- pended in the dismantling of the Dock Battery.

8. The Dock Company will not

erect any building or chimney which will mask the fireor

Kowloon East Battery.
