turn for the release from Military Reservation
of all the Military reserve remaining at Koty-
loon after the exchange referred to in pro-
posal No.1 in this Memorandum and not required
for Rifle Ranges, or Quarters for the additional
Indian Garrison, to be utilised by the Colonial
Government for building sites on the high ly-
ing ground, and the formation or a Public Park
and Recreation Ground on the low lying ground,
was also discussed and it was agreed to prepare
surveys of the lands in question in order to fa-
cilitate the further consideration of the pro-
ject.
Tracings illustrative of the ex-
changes referred to in (1) and (2) of the above
are annexed for convenience of reference.
